The position supports multiple projects within the marine sector by ensuring clear planning structures, reliable progress reporting, and consistent project visibility across the organization.
The position is based in Galati and works closely with project managers, site teams, and the PMO organization across multiple locations.
Your role
In this role, you will support the planning and follow up of marine projects, ensuring structure, transparency, and consistency in project reporting. While the main focus is on shipbuilding and refit, the role may also support other industrial projects when needed.
Your responsibilities include:
Supporting project managers with planning and schedule follow up on marine projects
Maintaining and updating project schedules and progress reports
Collecting, validating, and structuring project data from shipyards and sites
Preparing regular project status and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders
Supporting PMO standards, templates, and reporting routines
Contributing to continuous improvement of planning and reporting practices
Your Background:
We believe you have experience or a strong interest in planning, reporting, or PMO related work within a project driven environment, preferably within the marine or shipbuilding sector.
We see that you likely have:
Experience in project coordination, planning, reporting, or PMO support
Interest in marine, shipbuilding, or technical projects
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Confidence working with schedules, project data, and reporting tools
Good communication skills in English
A structured and reliable way of working
Experience from other industrial or engineering projects is also valued and can complement the marine focus of the role.
