Ensure all contracts, addendums & other legal documents are set up in NOLS as per the current applicable processes, accurately and in a timely manner;•Assures interface betweensupport sales, support business, delivery organizations, process developmentand the customer•Assures that the contractsare handled correctly from a commercial and legal point of view•Keeping the systems up to date from a contract administration stand point and assume responsibility for the qualitymeasures of the data in the systems•Takes ownership in solving thereported mismatches•Provide resolution to all queries coming from internalstakeholders (Commercial, Back office, credit and order deliveryteams)•Enhance the overallperformance of the process by driving standardisation and improvement ideas•Ensure all processcontrols are effectively implemented and all key performance indicators reachthe targeted level;•Facilitate training sessionswithin the team in order to maintain business continuity;Careers at LeasePlanLeasePlan operates across 29 countries.
