KONE is looking for a Greek-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Care team in Bucharest.

Your role at KONE
Emergency support (Callout):
Handle urgent calls and dispatch technicians with all necessary details
Communicate clearly and empathetically with passengers stuck in elevators
Provide guidance and reassurance in emergency situations
Customer requests (Inbound):
Respond to customer calls and messages within SLA
Resolve inquiries, log complaints, and update customer information
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate KONE teams
Customer follow-up (Outbound):
Conduct post-service surveys and welcome calls
Contact customers periodically to support KONE campaigns
Maintain data accuracy while handling requests efficiently
What we’re looking for
Strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail
Experience in customer service or call center roles
PC literacy and ability to work with multiple systems
Language skills:
Greek – advanced (mandatory)
Romanian – advanced (mandatory)
English – basic
Calm, solution-oriented, and professional under pressure
