About the role

TheCustomer Service Specialistat Haleonis responsible fordelivering reliable,accurate, and customer focused service execution by managing day to day Order to Cash (O2C) activities and supporting customer collaborationobjectives.

Starting from strong Customer Service fundamentals, the role ensures high service performance (OTIF),accuratebilling, and responsive issue resolution, while contributing to ServiceAsMeasured by Customer (SAMBC) and positive customer experience outcomes. 

The role works closely with the Customer Service & Collaboration Manager and cross functional teams to support customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and customer value creation, contributing to improved Advantage Group survey results and long-term customer partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily Customer Service and Order to Cash (O2C) workflow— processing orders, tracking deliveries, handling invoicing, and supporting claims/returns

  • Helpdrive strong service performanceby contributing to On TimeInFull (OTIF)delivery andServiceAsMeasured by Customer (SAMBC)results

  • Supportaccuratebillingby minimizing disputes, credit notes, and manual corrections in partnership with key teams

  • Be a clear and proactivepoint of contact for customers, keeping them updated on orders, deliveries, and any service issues

  • Recogniseservice issues early, use data to understand the root cause, and help implement corrective actions

  • Maintain clean,accuratecustomer databycollaborating with customer teams, internal stakeholders, and third‑party distributors

  • Contribute to improvementsthat boost availability, efficiency, and the overall customer experience

  • Your profile

  • University degreefrom a relevant field– fresh graduates are welcome as well with relevant experience

  • Proventrack recordincustomer serviceroles (internship experience can be considered as well)

  • High attention to detail working with large amount of data and deadlines

  • Goodworkingknowledge of supply chain software systems

  • Ability towork independently with accountability and ownership attitude

  • Aptitude to work with key external stakeholders and communicate with them in Romanian and English as well
