Mission:

The Customer Data Analyst Trainee ensures customer satisfaction by

managing their requests and complaints.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree; 
  • Fluency in English (at least B2 level); 
  • Customer support or invoicing experience; 
  • Problem solving skills and customer-oriented approach; 
  • Team-worker attitude and proactivity; 
  • Analytical skills; 
  • The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for:

    Request and complaint management:

  • Proactively interact with the customer;
  • Provides clear and accurate information regularly and promptly;
  • Organize regular telephone contacts to review the business with the customer;
  • Capture customer requests and complaints;
  • Responds in accordance with expectations in terms of quality and deadlines;
  • Respond to offers: Considers and responds to customer commercial requests, proposing - if necessary - alternative solutions;
  • Analyzes and offers appropriate solutions or a response to issues raised by customers, sales staff and internal partners;
  • Performs initial analysis of the causes of the problem and implements appropriate corrective actions to avoid its recurrence;
  • Contact, follow up and make an assessment with the customer of the order portfolio.
  • Sales Support;

  • Takes advantage of the opportunity to up-sell and cross-sell in response to customer orders, requests and portfolio management.
