THE ROLE Thisrole is to deliver exceptional customer service balanced with commercialsensibility such that customers become and remain advocates of Temenos. At itsheart, this role is to ensure that the customer experience is exceptional,proactive and focused on business outcomes meeting agreed measures.Reportingto the CSM Director the Customer Success Manager will focus on ensuring optimaloutcomes for our customers and growing our commercial relationship. OPPORTUNITESYou will develop relationships with senior managers/executives in the banking and financial services industry, in particular our existing customers, to advocate and promote TEMENOS products and services, and to achieve their business outcomes while balancing commercial awareness and sensibilityYou will execute complex sales campaigns, coordinating internal bid teams, executing sales strategy for each opportunity, in order to obtain customer leads and successfully onboard new customers. Provides accurate forecast information through T-Force (our Salesforce tool)You will be the voice of the customer, having a proactive engagement with them and be the point of escalations, while focusing on their long-term outcomes You will take a executive role in major incidents to ensure coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review in line with major incident management process, protecting risk accountsYou will help increase the CSAT and NPS scoring, by having a proactive approach with customersYou will coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Sales team in a collaborative s expertise and knowledge SKILLSYou should have a proven record of accomplishment of Customer Success and achievement of targets in the banking and financial services sectors, and substantial relevant experience within the same domain (7 years or more)You should be able to deal with people at all levels within an organization and show and demonstrate negotiating skills with key decision makers. Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to establish interest, trust and credibilityYou should have an understanding of banking operations and relevant processes (front, middle, back office), thorough understanding of IT processes and implementations from both functional and technical perspectives. You should have preferably a university education in relevant business disciplines, preferably with a post-graduate degreeYou should have effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. International exposure and ability to be deployed across Region as required VALUESCare about stablishing interest, trust and credibility towards our clients, but also your internal stakeholdersCommit to the sales plan in accordance with Temenos strategy. Maintain a rolling pipeline of at least 3x annual target.Collaborate to maintain the highest standards of Temenos through self-motivation, ambition and focus.
