If you want to be part of a unique culture where the lived experience is based on our cultural attributes of growth mindset, customer focus, and diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging, come to join us and help advance the future software-defined world. Specific Position Responsibilities: Creating statistical reports referencing workloads, status, backlogs, closure rates etc., and sometimes very specifically e.g. targeted focus campaigns on particular products or customersweb administration of Online Support accountsCreation and Maintenance of our Jive-based Premium Support portalsWork closely with Our Premium Support Manager to Document Extended Support programs and ProcessesInternal/External testing of our customer support tools, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing)handling all incoming customer contacts – via email, Live Chat & external websiteutilization of all resources to ensure solid, stable standards and work qualityEducation & Skill sets required, in order to be successful!Knowledge/education:Fluent EnglishFrench and/or German would be highly advantageousDegree educatedAttitude/approach:Mature communication skills; great listening talent along with a flair for accurate communication of details, and descriptionsComfort with multi-tasking: ensuring that appropriate priorities are made, no plates are dropped and keeping calmCreating, developing, and maintaining solid internal relationships with colleaguesSkills/experience:Basic understanding of software development and eco-system environment & principlesOracle, Outlook, Excel, JIRA and Salesforce systems are all utilized, so experience of all (or some) is preferred.As you would expect from a great employer, we offer an excellent remuneration package!Highly competitive base salaryBonus plan
