We are looking for Romanian & English speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support across digital channels while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.????????????????????????????????????
What are we looking for:Fluent Romanian (spoken and written) – C1 level or higher; Advanced English (spoken and written) – B2 level or higher; Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail; Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks; Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools; Previous experience in customer support or a contact center is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Nice to have:Experience with live chat, email support, or social media channels; Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk); Experience in e-commerce or technical support environments.Your responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and other digital channels; Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and policies; Troubleshoot customer issues and offer clear, effective solutions; Escalate complex cases when necessary, following internal procedures; Document interactions accurately in CRM systems; Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets; Maintain a customer-focused, empathetic, and professional communication style.
