The Ideal Profile: Talent and Potential

- Language Skills: You must have a native-level command of Russian. You also need basic English (B1/B2) to work with your teammates.
- Great Presence: You are naturally good at holding an audience's attention, staying very energetic, and looking polished on camera.
- Work Schedule: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, which includes a rotating shift schedule (days, nights, and weekends).
- Work Papers: All applicants must already have the legal right to work in the EU (an EU Passport or a valid Residence Permit).
- Your Background: Experience in the arts, luxury service, or public speaking is a big plus, but having a professional and positive attitude is most important.
