Job Description
- Serve as primary point of contact between Bosch Purchasing organization, Production, Technical, Sales, and Mobility Business Unit functions;
- Initiate, coordinate, and present Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) throughout the entire lifecycle, from preliminary agreement to implementation;
- Manage supplier alignment and coordination to define specifications and achieve quality, cost, and delivery objectives;
- Source, nominate, and expand the supplier base for new components and parts of low to medium complexity;
- Manage new product introduction activities, including sample ordering and testing coordination;
- Plan project timelines and manage economic aspects, including target pricing and cost reduction initiatives;
- Coordinate cost reduction projects related to materials and suppliers;
- Facilitate technical discussions between Bosch Quality, Engineering, and suppliers; provide quality support for Preventive Quality Planning, sampling, release, and safe-launch activities;
- Support quality departments in complaint resolution and concession management;
- Coordinate with Commercial Purchasing on tool ordering, price negotiations, and Last Time Orders;
- Provide logistics support during product ramp-up phases;
- Participate in Simultaneous Engineering meetings with medium technical complexity from initiation through ramp-up.
Qualifications
- Technical Studies: Mechanical/industrial Engineering;
- English language: B2 Level;
- Project management know how.
- Have excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills;
- Bring positive attitude and willingness to continuously learn and improve;
- Be well organized, focused and meet strict deadlines;
- Act proactive, independent and lead project to success;
