Digital Marketing & Employer Branding Specialist in Bucuresti

GENERAL SCOPE OF THE JOB: Wipro is looking to increase the local brand awareness and the social footprint of our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our employer brand image, supporting the recruitment team, and managing all aspects of social media exposure. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day marketing tasks including branding, social media marketing, communication (both internal and external), and managing social media platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and brand identity of Wipro. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, branding and PR while contributing to our organization's growth. JOB OBJECTIVES: Ensures the increase of brand exposure and awareness in Romania. Launch social media pages (Linkedin and Facebook, others to follow) Establish social media plan (postings, recurrence, content, etc.) Monitor and enhance the engagement of followers on social media Report on number of followers, number of reactions for each posts to determine trends. Analyse and improve metrics Monitor and improve business outcomes ROI measurement & improvement Tasks, attributions and activities will be carried out : Define and communicate the organization's unique employer value propositionin alignment with the global strategy. Craft a consistent and compelling employer brand message aligned with the company's values, mission, and culture. Participate in the process of setting up and optimization of Romania company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content Create compelling and persuasive content for publishing on various platforms for the intended audience by following branding guidelines of the company, based on country calendar events Defines objectives, identifies and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes Engage and interact with social media followers and respond to queries in a timely manner Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for brand exposure and engagement. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement. Measure and report on the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives, using data to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI. Efficient communication with PR agency to set up and scale up the employer branding initiatives at Wipro Romania, in the first 6 months of the employment, expectation being to independently manage the job after the 6 months. Generating scheduled/ ad-hoc reports Participation in training sessions, business management routines in office/offsite Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders on people and cultural diversity. Other Tasks and Responsibilities: The holder of this job position can be assigned by the Supervisor or the Process Head any other tasks and activities related to the current job position LEVEL OF STUDIES: Minimum of bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Media or related field REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Foreign languages skills: Proficiency in English Marketing and Branding skills with min 3-5 years proven experience in the industry Excellent understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies, with experience in managing brand presence across multiple platforms. Excellent knowledge of Social Media platforms, MS Office, SEO, Google Analytics.
