As a digital marketing specialist you will be working closely with our Marketing Manager, as part of the MINDTHEGAP Marketing Team, to deliver best digital communication strategies and improve impact across digital platforms.
Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar
Experience in (Google) analytics and performance marketing
Both creative and analytical skills
Good understanding of SEO principles
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
German and/or other internationally spoken language is a plus

Key responsibilities:
Implement digital marketing strategy
Create, monitor and report on Youtube, Google Ads and other social media campaigns
Collaborate with other team members to generate original ideas and other digital solutions for promotion
Act as a project manager and facilitator in all the digital transformation projects
Manage digital marketing projects, to meet SEO targets
Analyze campaign performance, create reports and provide actionable items to improve results
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure flawless communication and promotion of company image across all online platforms
