Digital Marketing Specialist in România

QUALITANCE is seeking a skilled digital marketing specialist to contribute to our team and business growth via digital media. Our Digital Marketing Specialist will be in charge with our digital presence, driving planning for organic and paid media strategy, campaign management, and ad operations.

What you’ll do

  • Own our social channels and drive brand awareness and recruitment digital campaigns 
  • Amplify our content in engaging shapes and forms across social media & third-party platforms
  • Strategize, plan, set up, manage, optimize, and analyze organic & paid campaigns on Linkedin, Facebook, and Reddit 
  • Analyze traffic and conversion metrics like a true Google Analytics expert
  • Manage all our digital channels, including our website and blog
  • Be the champion of landing page optimization and testing 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to make lead generation & nurturing campaigns a reality
  • Make the best use of your short-copy skills to help us deliver our key messages digitally, both inside & outside the team


What you’ll need to succeed

  • At least 3 years of experience working in digital media with a focus on performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience in planning, managing, and optimizing campaigns in search & paid channels
  • A deep understanding of Linkedin Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Reddit Advertising
  • Good command of Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio
  • Experience with B2B lead generation and nurture campaigns
  • Working at ease with Mailchimp, Hubspot, Wordpress Editor, and Canva
  • Ability to synthesize data, identify trends or extract key findings and turn them into actionable insights
  • Ability to leverage content into engaging formats such as infographics, interactive experiences, custom illustrations & micrographics, animated gifs
  • Being able to work autonomously, to take initiative, effectively prioritize and multitask in an ever-changing working environment
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as strong presentation skills
  • Persuasive communication skills, problem-solving and critical decision-making abilities
  • A good understanding of technology topics and of the tech industry
