Then join us as Digitalization Methodology Engineer and become part of a successful and growing team on the leading edge of technology!In your new role you will:Establish cutting-edge methods and tools, enabling the efficient definition and development of semiconductor product platforms;Conceptualize and drive the design of software-based methods;Conduct regular stakeholder management in the whole company to understand the user needs and derive and define scope and roadmap;Develop and harmonize innovative ways-of-working for company-wide new methods and along complete tool chains;Contribute in establishing Product Line Engineering as a standard method within our solution portfolio;Extend our company-wide Requirements Management / Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solution towards platform management;Lead methodology projects until the successful deployment and introduce the solutions company-wide;Initiate the required activities/projects accordingly ( piloting of proposed solution);Align with supporting organizations and stakeholders, and perform change management;Conduct trainings, support expert users and provide guidance to development projects in using the methods and tools.You are fully committed to making product development processes more efficient without making compromises on quality. You are open-minded and courageous to try new ideas and yet have a high practical sense in proposing new solutions, which you communicate in a clear and effective way.
