Responsible for coordinating repair and maintenance activities of equipment, machinery or structures. Ensures that all work is carried out to the required quality standards, while complying with safety regulations and applicable legislation.
Key responsibilities and activities include, but are not limited to:
Ensures the operation of machines at the required capacityInvolved in the preparation of the key performance indicator monitoring report for the maintenance departmentAnalyzing the causes of defects and finding solutions to prevent future defectsEnsures the execution of activities resulting from the factory's preventive maintenance planCoordinates mechanical engineersStock management and spare parts supplyundefinedAssists in the verification of subcontractors. Monitors subcontractors for compliance with the highest quality standards and timely completion of activitiesAnalyzes the plant maintenance plan with relevant people and improves it (at least once a year)Creates or modifies work procedures taking into account feedback from maintenance technicians and engineers• Develops technical solutions to maintenance issues to minimize the cost of a technical interventionDefines technical specifications and spare parts requirementsPerforms all relevant activities requested by the direct superiorEnsures that all team members have the necessary tools and knowledge to solve and analyze problemsProposes courses and the acquisition of relevant equipment for the team and the plantEnsures that team technicians can temporarily fill the position of another technician if the need arisesAnalyzes the performance of team members and proposes solutions for improvement when needed.The employee must perform all other ad-hoc tasks defined by his/her superior, also respecting legal requirementsFunctional and technical competencies
Technical university education: electrics, electronics, electro mechanics, mechanics
Minimum 3 year experience in a similar position
Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including hydraulic, pneumatical and mechanical systems
Ability to read and understand hydraulic and pneumatical drawings
Advanced PC skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
