A role with huge scope and potentialAs a Enterprise Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing and managing tailored and highly targeted campaigns aimed at key decision makers across a group of large enterprise accounts. Day to day, you’ll be:Designing, managing and executing bespoke account-based marketing plans to help drive pipeline at Duco’s most important customer and prospect accountsMapping out organisational structures at these enterprise accounts, identifying individuals and departments where Duco’s services can provide the greatest valueDeveloping tailored value propositions and messaging to engage with key target individuals all the way up to C-LevelLiaising with key internal stakeholders including account teams, executive sponsors, and creative teams, as well as external agencies and suppliers Coming up with creative ways of engaging with key accounts, leveraging a range of channels and innovative techniques, including: social media, tailored content, digital advertising, email, direct mail, webinars and eventsMonitoring, tracking and reporting on all activity, and using the results data to optimise strategies and improve return on investment across all the campaigns Where: Your contractual place of work will be our Wroclaw office, but you can be based anywhere in Poland, as long as you’re able to commute to the Wroclaw office and travel when needed. Ideally, you’ll have:Really solid experience in a similar role (even better if it was in the tech sector)Proven experience of implementing tailored marketing tactics and campaigns at large enterprise accountsRecord of successfully executing events, demand generation and engagement programmesCollaborative approach, able to ensure people across multiple teams and geographies are alignedAbility to work independently and come up with innovative ideas to drive growthPrior experience handling CRM programs and marketing automation tools (eg Salesforce, HubSpot, Terminus, etc)Strong organisational and project management skills, able to manage multiple work streams within a fast-paced growth environmentProven ability to interface with and manage the expectations of internal stakeholders all the way up to C-LevelExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Bonus points if you also have:A good understanding of the financial services space, including banks, custodians, asset managers, fund admins, brokers and other market participantsExperience working in a fast-paced, high-growth SME and/or a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology company Important point: We're not looking for 'the perfect candidate' with gold medals and superpowers!
