ERP/SAP Project Manager in Constanţa

As a project manger, responsibilities will be an array of activities, including:Managing ERP implementation, specifically SAP or Workday Enterprise ManagementResponsible for Agile processes and improvementsPrioritize removal of roadblocks and manage riskSetting up meetings - ie scrums, prioritization meetingsStory card management - ensuring all cards are correct and are included and prioritized correctly for the sprint/releaseDevelop, monitor and communicate team reporting and metricsManage team capacity and demand with the Program ManagerUndertake delegated responsibilities as requiredRequired Technical and Professional Expertise:Strong ERP implementation experience of either SAP or Workday requiredCertified Scrum Master preferred or equivalent formal training/experienceBachelor or equivalentFive to ten years appropriate industry experienceProven delivery track record Skills and Abilities (individual capabilities):Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and influencing skillsHigh level of flexibility with the ability to adapt to change Knowledge:Software and project management tools - ServiceNow, Jira, Trello, Slack, Office 365 and other collaboration tools (mandatory)Understanding of Agile behaviors, tools, and techniques (collaboration, work breakdown, automated testing, Scrum, KanbanSound knowledge of how information and technology contributes to business performance Working knowledge of information and technology industry trends and issues (desirable) Offer:Cooperation via ExperisMany development opportunities and access to modern technologyMedicoverMultisport CardLife insurance and many more
