Job Description

The program aims to build and deploy a modern, cloud-based, worldwide "Policy Administration" application.

The program is multi-locations (Paris, Bucharest, USA), fully agile (Scrum / Kanban) and based on the DevOps principles.

 Responsibilities
  • The candidate will join an international program aiming at deploying a Policy Administration system worldwide, in all the Business Units of the Group
  • The candidate is also involved in the development data fixes for production issues
  • Following Agile methodology (Kanban), the candidate is involved on a day-to-day basis in the analysis, scripting and delivery of the proposed solutions
  • The candidate provides technical support to the other members/developers of the configuration team
  • The candidate provides configuration expertise and support for the rest of the Compass tribe (for instance developers in feature teams)
    • Job Requirements
  • Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL and T-SQL
  • Experience with Python
  • Experience with Talend or another ETL solution would be a plus
  • Experience of CI CD pipelines in a DevOps environment.
  • Capacity to understand and master a data model and to link it to the functional features
  • Expertise on medium to large data migrations
  • Experience with GIT
  • Permanently pursuing excellence in the quality of the scripts delivered
  • Team player, Communicative
  • English (written and oral) mandatory
