We are responsible for the sales, installation and service of wind farms throughout these regions. We work to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas and we aim to make Vestas Central Europe the best place to work.As Service Technician you will collaborate at the turbine maintenance process for the wind farms group assigned, including preventive and corrective activities, within the corporate guidelines, quality certifications and legal regulations with the goal of reduction of service costs and to guarantee agreed levels of serviceResponsibilities * Ensures on time return of unused and defective materials and tools with correct declaration and correct packaging* Responsible for the compliance with legal and company regulations, guidelines etc. in the area of their work.* Acts professionally as a role model within a field environment to ensure all procedures are followed as required and acts with an understanding of customer service towards wind farm owners* Suggest improvements to work instructions and turbine designQualifications * Technical diploma (preferably mechanical or electrical)* Very good English skills written and spoken* Knowledge in working with MS-Office* Teamwork competencies and operational readiness* Driving license in class B or CE/ BE * High degree of flexibility* Physical fitnessCompetences * Capable of instructing and support problem solving situations* Good methodical skills* Willingness to travel* Ability to work in heightsWhat we offer We are a team of skilled and committed colleagues who are all enthusiastic about wind energy.
