Expert with Scheduling of Works (f/m/d), Bucharest - Romania in Bucuresti

For our national and international railway projects, we are currently searching for an Expert with Scheduling of Works. Participating in the structuring of a comprehensive schedule control system (ensuring integrated scheduling and power control)Ensure interface coordination for efficient progress controlMonitoring and adjusting the consistent adherence of defined milestones and scheduling processes for internal and external contractual deliverablesRecommending countermeasures in case of deviationsReview of the consistency and adherence to the deadlines in the implementationParticipate in conducting audits and management reviewsEnsure the agreed scheduling objectives in cooperation with the master schedulerContribute to periodic reporting and event-related reports of project progress and project results, and deviationsEnsure procedures and processes are documented and relevant to current environmentHold a construction engineering degree in railway industry (equivalent to a bachelor’s or master’s degree) Min. 5 years experience in time scheduling of rail projectsAbility and willingness to work on a virtual team basis Good English skills, knowledge of German is an advantageGood communication skills with other project team membersAnalytical thinking, responsibility and flexibilityExperienced with project management system Primavera or experience in working within a similar scheduling environmentIT skills (MS Office, subject-specific software)
