Finance Manager (maternity leave replacement) in Bucuresti

We are looking for a Finance Manager (maternity leave/ long term replacement) to be part of our Global Finance team (80P+ across the word) who is eager to work in an international context for a fast-growing company. Based in Bucharest, the Finance manager will be in relation with the local team (30p+), the management of the company and the Group Finance Controlling Department. The missions will be the followings:  To define, with management and Group correspondents, the annual budget of the company To do the monthly reporting for the holding company, detailing revenues and costs, and explaining differences with budget To manage cash (cash forecast as well as cash collection, or bank relationship) To provide the group with all the key factors regarding sales, gross margin, and expenses To define any new business plan that would be necessary to launch a new business or product And, more generally, to take in charge all the legal, HR and administrative aspects of the company in collaboration with the HR central team and the local Office Manager Your skills and experiences: At least a 5 year experience in Finance controlling and, ideally, Finance management Motivated by a growing fast company, you are autonomous and able to implement Group finance processes in your company Fluent in English, as you will have to work with international contacts Knowledge of the advertising industry and new technologies are a plus About Teads Teads, The Global Media Platform, is the single access point for advertisers to connect to the world’s best publishers and reach an audience of over 1.7 billion people every month.
