Candidatul ideal
• Analytical skills;
• Very good communication skills;
• Fluent English;
• 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting, controlling, auditing, accounting and financial analysis; experience in audit companies would be a big plus;
• ACCA would be helpful;
• Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Outlook etc.);
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent abilities in planning, coordination and organizing;
• Flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines;
• Good knowledge of the Romanian accounting system (RAS) and fiscal problems and also of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
• Organized, responsible, ambitious, intuitive person;
• Other ad-hoc reports;
• University degree in economics (Accounting or Finance).
Descrierea jobului
• Carry out other tasks depending on company’s needs;
• Cooperate with the Finance department in order to prepare and report company’s performance;
• Ensure adequate analytical support within the field of operations;
• Ensure an effective system of cost control in the company;
• Interface to the corporate controlling;
• On-time delivery of monthly and quarterly reports according to the official reporting-time-schedule, as well as participate in the corresponding meetings to discuss the monthly/ quarterly results;
• Preparation of detailed in-depth reports and yearly forecasts for the management;
• Preparing detailed reports for the management and for corporate controlling, including cost center analysis and cost by nature analysis.
