DFAC Manager Sous Chef Cook Warehouseman Food Service Worker Applicants must be citizens of an EU member state Fluent English is required (German or additional languages are a plus) A valid passport, good health, and no criminal record are essential Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, military environment Security vetting clearance for U.S. base access is necessary Medically fit and ready for screening Manage all aspects of DFAC operations, ensuring quality standards Supervise kitchen and support staff, ensuring effective shift management Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage Maintain high cleanliness and food safety standards Provide daily operational reports and liaise with project leadership Supervise food preparation and ensure quality and hygiene standards Lead stock rotation and kitchen cleanliness Support and train junior kitchen staff to maintain operational standards Handle meal prep and manage serving lines efficiently Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are followed in food preparation areas Work in collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal service Manage incoming stock and organize it efficiently Maintain a safe and organized work environment Assist in preparing orders and facilitating timely distribution Proven experience in food service or related fields Ability to clear security vetting for U.S. base access Medically fit and prepared for screening Experience working with DFACs or the U.S. Army is a strong advantage A dynamic, results-driven work ethic to excel in a military settingOpen Positions
