More about your key responsibilities. As FP&R Controller, you will:
- Lead the reporting and analysis of Fixed Industrial and Logistics Costs (ZBB methodology) and Capex across budget, forecast, and actuals.
- Own the Actual P&L reporting process, ensuring accurate comparisons against budget, prior estimates, and previous year, with clear variance explanations.
- Perform complex calculations for P&L components, including royalty computations, and ensure consistency across SAP, BPC, and T&R platforms.
- Provide financial insights and deep-dive cost analysis to cross-functional teams (Commercial, Supply, Procurement, Legal, HR, IT, Corporate Affairs, Zone People).
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews, challenging cost assumptions and driving delivery of targets.
- Lead the design and optimization of Power BI dashboards, aligning reporting capabilities with evolving business needs.
- Lead the preparation of business cases and Capital Approval Requests, offering clear profitability assessments for Capex initiatives.
- Act as the main liaison with the Shared Services team, ensuring timely communication, knowledge transfer, and continuous process improvement.
- Document and refine workflows and procedures, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Coordinate the consolidation of Country Performance Review reports, offering management a clear view of key KPIs in collaboration with Commercial and Supply Finance.
- Support updates to accounting, reporting, SOX, and operational procedures, ensuring alignment with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support strategic projects and innovation initiatives across departments.
