About the role
We’re looking for a senior marketing leader to own and refine our marketing strategy while overseeing execution across content, design, paid ads, and analytics.
You’ll work closely with the founding team and creative collaborators to sharpen our messaging, improve performance, and bring cohesion across all marketing efforts. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ideal for someone who enjoys shaping direction while staying close to execution.
Your responsibilities:
- Own overall marketing strategy and direction across channels
- Oversee execution across: Content, Design, Paid advertising and Analytics & performance tracking
- Analyse marketing performance and translate insights into clear action plans
- Refine brand positioning and messaging for clarity and differentiation
- Develop messaging frameworks and audience strategies
- Align teams and contributors around clear priorities, timelines, and goals
- Continuously test, learn, and optimize across campaigns and channels
About You:
- You have strong experience in digital advertising and performance marketing
- You’re confident analysing marketing data and making strategic decisions based on insights
- You’ve led or owned marketing strategy end-to-end (not just one channel)
- You can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution
- You communicate clearly and collaborate well with designers, copywriters, and operators
- You’re comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
