We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (f/m) for our amazing OLX Regional Marketing team (RO/PT/BG).
A typical day at OLX Group, in the role of Growth Marketing Manager, could include:
- Leading an international team of marketers on Performance Marketing, B2C Marketing, Growth Hacking and Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) from Romania, Portugal and Bulgaria.
- Partner with data team to craft and implement thorough A/B testing, including incrementally tests, control groups and improve data models that support the channels (e.g. media mix model for digital channels)
- Help the team to build their analytical muscle and functional expertise
- Work with Campaign Manager, Designer and Copywriter to strengthen our brand consistency
- Define the company's strategy and growth plan
- Work directly on budget management
What will help you to be successful in this role?
- 5y+ years of experience leading Marketing, Growth Marketing or Product Growth teams
- Proven track record on a high-traffic consumer platform such as Marketplaces, Classifieds, E-commerce, App or SaaS executing growth-related initiatives
- Experience producing marketing campaigns across multiple channels simultaneously
- Proven proficiency in working ‘hands-on’ and involved in granular detail, as well as setting the overall strategy
- A Growth attitude
- Outstanding analytical skills with data driven approach; understanding and experience working with Media Mix Models, Multi-Touch Attribution, and incrementally testing. (Bonus if you think about marginal cost)
- You know how to map a Growth Model - and build one from scratch if needed - including macro and micro loops to create growth compounding effects
- Experience with reporting to leadership on Business metrics
- You’ll be encouraged to proactively drive initiatives together with your team
- Strong partner management experience, influencing skills and ability to articulate business cases at all levels
- Writing and speaking proficiency in English
