If so, we're looking for a Head of Internal Communications to join our team on our journey to success!
What You’ll do:
Establish and execute an internal communications strategy to deliver on your role purpose: winning the hearts and minds of our people.
Ensure organizational goals, initiatives and projects are successfully communicated internally
Be the internal voice for the senior management team – translate their vision, ideas and messages into creative and meaningful communication
Support various organizational units designing and implementing specific awareness campaigns
Seek continuous improvement and learn new and innovative practices in internal communications.
Develop and implement effective measurement and evaluation of the internal communication approach
Plan and write content for a variety of internal communications channels, such as a corporate social network, emails, bulletin boards etc.
Host company-wide events
What you’ll need to succeed:
5 + years experience in a similar role
Brilliant interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to work with different teams.
Attention to detail and excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
The journalistic talent to source stories from our people. “One-man news agency” type of thing.
Analytical thinking and the ability to develop and execute communication strategies.
