Individuals like you! .buttontextdcd9cf73b14a9d31 a{ border: 1px solid transparent; } .buttontextdcd9cf73b14a9d31 a:focus{ border: 1px dashed #0097ac !important; outline: none !important; } Head of Project Quality Regions Job Req ID: 87221 Location: Codlea Brasov, RO, 505100 #job-location.job-location-inline { display: inline; } Work Type: Full time Contract Type: unlimited .buttontext59b46c8c8de576bc a{ border: 1px solid transparent; } .buttontext59b46c8c8de576bc a:focus{ border: 1px dashed #0097ac !important; outline: none !important; } We are looking for a Head of Project Quality Regions that will join the Project Quality Regions team in our plant within Codlea,Brasov.Responsibilities: Manage the department with generally homogenous functions from Project Quality Manager & Quality Planner while also being responsible as the key contact to the Quality customer in case of project related quality; Support the strategic planning of the department by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short medium-range time frame; Plan and administer the budget in area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor and make sure there is compliance with it; Cooperate in personnel planning within the area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor, employ qualified personnel; Assure compliance with/implementation of prescribed standards/asks (e.g. Key-User-training, methods, audits according VDA 6.3, IATF standard) according to requirements, introduce countermeasures in case of deviationsissues; Compile/develop and implement quality concepts and action to ensure the specificed quality standards for new development in agreement with the departments right up to successful transfer to the series production plant. Requirements: Technical University degree; 7 to 10 years experience in a similar position in the automotive sector; Experience in project management within the automotive industry; Problem solving skills, PPAP, FMEA knowledge; Advanced knowledge of English is a must, German is considered an advantage; Very good communication skills, analytical and leadership abilities.
