As the Head of Asset Performance Management Application Team1, your day-to-day activities will be focused on building and managing teams that handle software application developments for customers and business areas (BA’s) with the focus on innovative new software, data and application services like Battery Diagnostic System, Condition Based Service Intervention, Customer Technical Services (CTS) etc.
You will lead a highly skilled team of software developers, data scientists, and QA testers. Your day includes overseeing and managing the teams, analyzing customer feedback and data, developing strategies to increase efficiency and quality, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to drive growth.
How You'll Make an Impact
As the Head of APMA Team1, you will play a critical role in forming and establishing the department.You will be responsible for developing and coaching the global team and the individual team members.You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of software development for customers and BA’s.Your impact will be measured by the success of the department in achieving these goals.Key responsibilities include creating and implementing development strategies, managing development teams, ensuring software quality, identifying and analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other departments to drive growth.What you bring
University degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.At least 10 years of professional experience in software development with at least 3 years in asenior or lead position.Strong technical knowledge of modern software development methods ( Agile, Scrum,Kanban, Scrum of Scrum, Pair programming, Squads), programming languages (C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, typescript) and cloud technologies.Experience in leading software development projects from idea to market launch.Proven experience in fostering innovation and applying Design Thinking and Lean Startupprinciples.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead interdisciplinary teams.
