HR ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST WITH GERMAN - HR SHARED SERVICE CENTER

What You’ll Do
Manage global HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes, offboarding, reporting, contracts, and more
Ensure compliance with HR policies and data protection standards
Act as the first point of contact for HR processes and HR-related questions from employees, managers, and HR colleagues
Provide consistent support and advice on HR policies
Drive process improvements and enhance employee experience
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain and update our HR knowledge base
Work with leading HR technologies, including SAP SuccessFactors, to deliver efficient, data-driven HR services What You Bring
2-3 years of experience in HR Administration or HR Generalist roles
Proven experience in international shared services environments
Familiarity with HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) and ticketing tools
Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
Excellent planning, customer focus, and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English and German
Comfortable using collaboration tools like MS Teams and SharePoint; reporting tools such as Excel or Power BI are a plus
