    Support the continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) performance by ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. You will play a key role in coordinating and monitoring external contractors working within the plant to guarantee safe and efficient operations.

    YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES

  • Field Inspections: Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify compliance with HSE standards and company procedures.
  • Document Control: Manage and review all documentation required for contractors’ access to the site (permits, certifications, safety plans).
  • Risk Assessment: Evaluate risks related to contractors’ activities and propose mitigation measures.
  • Method Statement Review: Analyze and approve contractors’ work methods to ensure alignment with HSE requirements.
  • Audits and Monitoring: Support internal and external audits, collect evidence, and prepare reports.
  • Training and Awareness: Assist in training contractors on HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture.

    • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Degree in technical disciplines (Engineering, Occupational Safety, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of national and international HSE regulations.
  • Experience in managing suppliers and contractors in industrial environments
  • Ability to perform risk analysis and prepare technical documentation (Risk assessment certification)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work on-site.

  • HSE certifications (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
  • Familiarity with HSE document management systems.
  • English proficiency for communication with international suppliers.
