At least 5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employer branding or related fields.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with proven experience in managing multiple communication projects end-to-end, from brief to delivery, with limited supervision.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to question, refine and improve communication inputs and propose solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Romanian and English, with strong attention to clarity, structure and tone.
The ability to present ideas effectively and communicate well with all types of stakeholders - all levels of management, peers, vendors etc.
Strong attention to quality, consistency and brand alignment across all communication materials.
Creative mindset combined with a strong sense of structure, able to turn complex information into engaging, easy-to-digest content.
Comfortable working in environments with shifting priorities and evolving needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or Public Relations is preferable.
Your future role
Proposes and implements internal communication plans, campaigns and initiatives that support business priorities across Deloitte Romania and the delivery centers.
Ensures end-to-end delivery of internal communication projects, from proposing campaign concept to executing (newsletters, intranet content, leadership messages, videos and internal events etc), in line with agreed objectives and timelines.
Provides communication support during video shoots and internal events, including speaker briefings, script guidance and on-set coordination, to ensure message clarity and quality delivery.
Collaborates closely with business leaders and other internal stakeholders to gather inputs, shape messages and deliver high-quality communication outputs.
Collaborates with other Deloitte teams (e.g.: graphic design) and, when necessary, with external providers (e.g.: video editors, technical teams) to ensure the creation of communication materials (visuals, templates, videos etc.)
Reviews internal communication materials from a content and brand perspective.
Identifies potential risks, inconsistencies or misalignment in communication requests and proactively proposes solutions.
Ensures internal communication aspects of CSR projects (e.g.: Letters to Santa)
Ensures efficient relationships with external suppliers, when necessary, from researching and proposing providers, to negotiating and overseeing project implementation
