Job Description:Change Management Specialist Role DescriptionPurpose of the jobThe Change Management Specialist is a passionate and results-focused Change person who likes to work collaboratively with Agile Accelerator team members, Agile Coaches, Tribe Leads, Chapter Leads, Regional Change Leads and internal stakeholders / customers. The Comms & Engagement Specialist is passionate about helping IPB to transform and is constantly looking for opportunities to bring people together and create a pull movement. The role is part of the Agile Accelerator team, contributing to the Agile Accelerator mission to improve our Agile organisation, exploring how to respond to the change needs within our communities and enabling people to deliver the best work of their careers.ResponsibilitiesSupports the Agile Accelerator team and the Agile organization with change management, engagement and stakeholder management activitiesExecutes communication and engagement campaigns to support the new ways of working and the Agile journeyImplements change activities, internal events and training programs (including planning and logistics)Supports content development for change management and governance activities (e.g. newsletters, leadership decks, myDB & Confluence pages) and coordination of approval processesRuns internal surveys and supports the AA team to capture results.Ensures that all digital projects comply with Deutsche Bank's brand identity, communication policy and regulatory requirements.Competences & Skills:Leads content-related discussions independently and delivers tangible resultsIs creative in developing change concepts and experiments with unconventional approachesStrong conceptual thinking and analytical skillsTeam-oriented and excellent with people - works well with others and can influence decisionsGood organizational skills, methodical thinking, high attention to detail, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to handle complex and ambiguous situations independently and with minimal guidance, in a proactive mannerThe ability to prioritize, with a mindset focused on finding solutionsAbility to follow up and interact proactively with a diverse group of stakeholders and hierarchical levelsKnowledge & Experience5+ years experience in Change management / corporate communication / internal engagement programs / employee programs / CSR programsHigh proficiency in both written and spoken English.Track record of delivering lasting changeExperience in a rapidly changing work environmentsExperience in copywriting and content developmentGood command of Power PointReasonable understanding of the banking industry business and tech contextIs familiar with the Agile methodologyAn Ambassador for the Agile Organisation and our mission (#ValueToClients, #GreatPlaceToWork, #MoreWithLess).Role Description – Change Management Specialist (AVP) The Change Management Specialist takes initiatives to support the Agile Accelerator team in executing the change management strategy. The person taking this role will implement communication and engagement campaigns that can create and enhance the pull movement. The person taking this role has a broad change skillset with depth of expertise and experience in one or more core change capabilities e.g. Internal Communication, Change Management, Content development, Organizational transformations.
