Partner and provider management supports the evaluation and selection of suppliers, concluding contracts with them, ensuring that services consumed meet or exceed agreed service levels, and managing associated risks. It ensures that the organization’s suppliers are managed appropriately to support the seamless provision of quality products and services. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an IT Contract Manager.
How You'll Make an Impact
Support negotiations of IT frame contracts and individual IT contracts with suppliers, including assistance with Digital Core RFx processes, aligning with all internal stakeholders.Contribute to contract reviews to optimize existing DC contracts with suppliers and enhance negotiation positions.Develop and maintain standards for contracts, including templates.Provide guidance on Statements of Work, Service Level Agreements, and Key Performance Indicators to demand ownersManage disputes and claim processes, including reporting of vendor KPIs.Act as the single point of contact for contract-related topics, such as interpretation of contracts for claim management, governance, and escalation procedures.Build and sustain relationships with strategic suppliers.Initiate necessary contract changes after signature.Perform periodic contract content reviews (annually) and advise on necessary changes, such as expiration or model updates.What You Bring
Expertise in IT Contract Management: Practical knowledge in IT Contract Management with IT suppliers.Negotiation Skills: Expertise in negotiating IT contracts, preferably with suppliers.Risk Identification and Management: Advanced skills in identifying, describing, quantifying, and assessing risks in IT contracts.Expert knowledge of English, including language used in IT contracts. German is an additional benefit.Communication: Competency in excellent communication, enthusiasm, and the ability to engage with the audience.Decision Making: Advanced skills in choosing the best course of action through effective decision making.5+ years of work experience in the IT field, preferably in IT Contract Management or IT Procurement.Experience in multiple business fields, such as Controlling, is advantageous.Knowledge of the entire IT contract lifecycle.General understanding of various IT technologies, IT services, IT projects, and their cost structure.Master’s degree, preferably in Economics, Law, or Information Technology.Your opportunities for personal growth
