We are looking to expand our team with another person! Currently, we are expanding our team and are seeking an individual to bolster our sales and marketing department with their technical expertise in tailored web solutions for international clients. In this role, you will maintain constant communication with our sales, marketing, and implementation departments, ensuring seamless and precise alignment with clients' technical requirements. As a subject matter expert, you will play a pivotal role in both the pre-sales and sales processes. Responsibilities: Presenting Micro Solutions services to potential clients and delving into technical details. Understanding clients' technical needs comprehensively and translating them into detailed requirements for our development team. Acting as a trusted advisor to our potential clients, helping them find the best solutions for their needs and identifying dependent requirements. Identifying constraints and problem areas that may affect project implementation. Participating in crafting responses to RFPs (Request For Proposals) and proposals. Presenting Proof of Concept (PoC). Providing support during solution planning and design. Representing Micro Solutions at industry events and trade shows as a technical expert/speaker. Requirements: Experience as a technical expert/advisor for B2B clients in the area of tailored web, mobile, and desktop solutions. Practical experience in B2B pre-sales support. Experience in providing technical sales support in international markets. Practical knowledge of solutions utilizing technologies: ASP.NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js / Angular / React, SQL. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Ability to reach optimal solutions for clients and present them based on clients' key values. Understanding of technical trends and innovations and translating that knowledge into solving clients' problems. Strong work ethic and prioritization of service quality. Nice to have: Knowledge in the fields of IP/ML is desirable. Good knowledge of the German language would be an additional (strong) advantage.
