We are seeking an IT Product Technical Support Lead to join our dynamic Tech team. The ideal candidate must demonstrate solid experience in managing BAU (Business-As-Usual) operations for a complex technical platform. 

While not required to be an expert in every technology, you should be able to understand and challenge technical choices and maintain operational stability, performance and service quality, working closely with multiple stakeholder teams. 

You will work on a strategic platform used globally by L&H markets to manage Life Individual business (Data exchange, bordereau management, medical UW, claims, individual retrocession).. 

You are responsible of managing and coordinating transversal aspects of our product release and integration activities across multiple teams, environments, and stakeholders. 

This transversality implies your oversight on :

  • Product framework : ensure updates of architecture elements and environments map & roadmap, oversight of technical components (technical debt, end of life anticipation,..) and completeness of technical documentation includings datamodels.

  • Delivery : Coordinate and centralize delivery process/roadmap and integration efforts including interfaced applications impacting our product, CI/CD pipeline control & execution, branch management, technical upgrades and remediation, disaster recovery plan & updates, review of key deliverables

  • Monitoring : Ensure operational stability, continuity and responsivess thanks to appropriate monitoring strategy, application logs efficiency, Incident management (level 2 & 3), service performance, SOC2 controls/evidence, security and code reviews and referent for service KPIs.

  • Additionally, you review key deliverables—including functional specifications, architecture documents, technical designs, test plans, and deployment packages—to ensure they meet business expectations and comply with SCOR IT standards.


  • Solution framework : Oversee product framework including technical components, environments map & roadmap.

  • Requirements & Design: review business and non-functional requirements; contribute to solution design and architecture.

  • Release & Integration Coordination: Manage release planning, CI/CD pipelines, and cross-team integration activities; ensure smooth collaboration with IT SMEs and external providers.

  • Maintenance & Support: Oversee corrective and evolutive maintenance during the run phase; manage incidents (Level 2 & 3 support) and ensure service continuity.

  • Quality & Documentation: Review deliverables (functional, technical, test plans) for compliance with business needs and IT standards; ensure completeness of technical documentation.

  • Monitoring & Improvement: Track service KPIs, propose action plans to improve quality and reduce technical debt.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Solution Owner on progress, risks, and issues.


  • Education 

    Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or a related analytical field (engineering schools or equivalent).

    Mandatory skills

  • 5+ years of experience in IT

  • Proven experience in software IT integration on complex and integrated systems.

  • Release experience : expertise on planning, coordinating and executing software releases

  • Incidents handling (level 2 & 3) and service quality improvement

  • Experience in international and matrixed environments.

  • Solid architecture knowledge in this area or equivalent : Java J2EE development, .net framework, front-end technologies (Angular, JavaScript, JSON) and REST, SOAP, API

  • Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders promoting collaboration and transparency: tech leads, developers, business, operations,

  • Highly appreciated 

  • Deep understanding of Agile practices and Business-IT collaboration.

  • CI/CD pipeline management and DevOps practices.

  • Review of deliverables and alignment with business requirements and IT standards.

  • Knowledge on Cloud infrastructure : Microsoft Azure.

  • Support of business-critical applications under SLA constraints (run activity).

  • Knowledge on Integration & deployment tools or equivalent: ActiveMQ, SQL Server, Tomcat, Docker, ELK, Consul, GIT, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.

  • Nice to have 

  • Experience on security and compliance contexts: OAuth2, MFA, identity management.

  • Familiar with Data engineering/Data Analysis with tools like Databricks/Palantir
