This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about logistics and providing exceptional customer service. As a representative, you will communicate with clients in Italian, assisting them with various inquiries related to shipping and courier services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding shipping rates, delivery times, and service options via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Provide detailed information about logistics processes and assist customers in tracking their shipments.
- Manage the resolution of customer complaints and issues to ensure a high level of service satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Stay informed about the latest shipping regulations and market trends to assist customers accurately.
- Promote additional services and solutions to enhance customer experiences.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or courier sector.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Adept problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple inquiries effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
