& Requirements Who we are looking for Are you ready to start your career as a client service professional within an international business environment? We are seeking a Junior Client Service Analyst to join our growing team, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to the success of a global organization.Key requirements:
  • A college degree or equivalent qualification;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (B2 - C1);
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook (training will be provided for internal IT tools);
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail; 
  • Proactive attitude, capable of managing high workloads effectively and meeting deadlines;
  • Ability to follow established processes, identify potential issues, and communicate them clearly to the Team Leader; 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and processes; 
  • Prior knowledge of CESOP is not required but enthusiasm for learning is essential.
  • Your future role
  • Handle support requests, troubleshoot basic issues, and document resolutions accurately;
  • Escalate unresolved problems with clear details and learn troubleshooting techniques under supervision; 
  • Support users with account access following security protocols;
  • Engage in training to enhance skills and adapt to new technologies;
  • Communicate effectively with users and team members; 
  • Participate in meetings and foster a positive, team-oriented approach.
