Your Profile:
We are looking for either mechanical or electrical engineering profiles:
Degree in: Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Language: English – Advanced
Specific knowledge in:
- Pneumatics & Hydraulics
- Mechanical Engineering
- AutoCAD, SolidWorks
- Electrical Engineering
- Automation & PLC
About the Global Trainee Program
This role is part of the Global Trainee Program (GTP) – a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience and receive structured training over a 2-year period.

Your Daily Responsibilities
- Execute installation, mounting, repairs, and startup of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
- Manage resources effectively, collaborating with internal and external clients
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, time, and cost standards
- Optimize workshop processes and working cycles
- Monitor and manage technical resource availability and minimum stock levels
- Support the development and use of maintenance information systems
- Analyze maintenance data to support decisions and improve processes
