Forvis Mazars is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Marketing Assistant to join its MarCom & Business Development team for 2 months placement. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in marketing and communications within a dynamic and collaborative environment. What will you do:
- Provide support to the Marketing & Business Development Manager;
- Salesforce database cleanup & maintenance;
- Systematically review, update, and standardise client and prospect records in Salesforce;
- Data quality assurance: identify and resolve duplicate entries, incomplete records, and data inconsistencies;
- Contact information updates: regularly verify and update contact details, company information, and relationship status;
- Salesforce maintenance: ensure proper tagging, categorization, and data hygiene standards are maintained;
- Market research & analysis;
- Primary research: conduct research on target markets, competitors, and industry developments;
- Prospect research: research potential clients, key decision-makers, and business opportunities;
- Industry intelligence: compile and summarise relevant industry news, regulatory changes, and market shifts;
- Research documentation: create comprehensive research reports and maintain research databases;
- Credentials & case study management;
- Credential database development: maintain a comprehensive database of project credentials and case studies;
- Content organization: systematically organise credentials by service line, industry, and project type;
- Compliance tracking: Monitor approval status and renewal requirements for credential usage;
- Creates and optimises the tender toolkit (templates for various business offerings, executive summary, credentials library, etc.);
- Moderates the requests for proposals coming from the website;
- Collaboration & support: work closely with senior team members to support pitch preparation, client targeting, and marketing campaigns;
- Keeps up with all relevant Forvis Mazars brand guidelines and potential updates.
Candidate profile:
- Young professional/ student, preferably in Economics/ Marketing/ Commerce/ Business Management;
- Solid internal client focus with attention to detail, result oriented;
- Good project management, organization, and prioritization skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Proficient in English.
