We have an opportunity for a Lead Cust Exp Specialist to join our team in Bucharest. Reporting to the Sr Cust Exp Supervisor you will act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of customers, ensuring seamless collaboration between customers, sales, and business operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing both commercial and operational activities across the Order-to-Cash process, including order validation and entry, backlog management, and claims handling. You will ensure accurate execution of processes, resolve customer issues proactively, and provide timely updates to deliver an excellent end-to-end customer experience. This is a hybrid role (3 + 2).
Key responsabilities
Act as the main interface between customers and internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Operations), ensuring smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction. Manage the full order lifecycle, including order validation, entry, scheduling, and resolving roadblocks such as pricing discrepancies, credit holds, or stock issues. Monitor and proactively manage order backlog, providing timely updates and addressing delays, incomplete orders, or invoicing issues. Handle customer claims and disputes (returns, damages, financial discrepancies), ensuring accurate processing and timely resolution in collaboration with internal teams. Support revenue maximization initiatives by coordinating expedite requests, pull-ins, and collaborating with planning teams during month/quarter-end activities. Contribute to continuous improvement by ensuring process compliance, supporting training and onboarding, maintaining documentation (SOPs), and acting as a subject matter expert for assigned customers or region. Bachelor’s degree Business fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support or a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse, global customers A customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a structured, process-driven approach Our offer
