LoadRunner Support for ECS TSM (Bucharest/ Timisoara) in Bucuresti

Summary & Role Information: One of SAPs largest customers has setup a transformation program called Journey to Cloud (J2C). A cornerstone of this transformation is to consume the entire SAP landscape as SaaS provided by SAP. Our Client Delivery Management team will provide an E2E service and will work dedicated for this customer, operating his entire SAP landscape with more than 80 productive systems and several of the largest HANA-based systems (e.g. 2x24TB ERP scale-out). Within our organization we set up the Technical Service Management (TSM) team that handles all operational aspects which also includes performance team responsible for E2E performances of customer systems and root-cause analyses in case of issues. Beside supporting live customer systems performance team is responsible for testing efforts (automated via Load Runner) supporting new stack released, parameter changes and system upgrades so to extend performance team we are looking for an experienced LoadRunner expert with a background in testing of SAP system. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Execution of automated testing (e.g Load Runner) and validation of results Maintenance of existing scripts of test cases Creation of new test cases (preparation of data sets and scripts) supported with application experts LoadRunner platform operation (installation, upgrades/patches, …) Monitoring from LoadRunner perspective Optimization in case of errors (errors handling optimization and scripts improvements) Knowledge transfer across different ECS groups Drive continuous improvements for operation from a performance perspective Experience (Role Requirements): Preferred Bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Engineering, Information management, Mathematics or comparable Experience in setting up and implementing manual and automated tests Experience in testing SAP applications Load Runner scripting capabilities LoadRunner operations Ability to analyze issues and system architectures Drive continuous improvements Be a team player and able to inspire and energize team with strong technical, verbal and written communication skills Strong customer focus/previous direct customer experience About the team / Brand / Line of Business: One of SAP largest customers has setup a transformation program called Journey to Cloud (J2C). In order to provide the right level of service, it has been decided to build a new team within ECS. The ECS Technical Service Management (TSM) will provide an E2E service and will work dedicated for this customer, operating the entire SAP landscape with more than 80 productive systems and several of the largest HANA-based systems (e.g. 2x24TB ERP scale-out). The TSM team will work on building the services according to customer needs, it will bring those services into daily operations and will work on continuous improvement and automation.
