Job descriptionYou report to the General Manager;In cooperation with the General Manager you translate the strategic multi-year plan into an operational annual plan by means of a policy and action plan to be implemented;You take care of the daily progress and realization of the projects, including the aftercare within the business unit;You organize the work/circumstances in such a way that the work is performed in a safe manner with the aim of zero accidents resulting in absenteeism;You take care of the daily progress and realization of the projects within the BU. You monitor BU performance aimed at collaboration within and outside the department and initiates measures if necessary;You monitor the knowledge and skill level of oneself and of the employees concerned within the BU, in such a way that one is able to perform the work according to the established strategic objectives;You build and maintain the relationship with clients, in order to create a solid basis for a (long-term) collaboration. Profile You have at least a bachelor education level based on an electrical engineering background combined with at least years of relevant work experience in the Marine & Offshore sector;You have at least 3 years of experience in a Manager Operation position or at least 5 years in a senior (project)-management position in the Marine & Offshore;Competencies: general management skills, systematic and result-oriented work, stress resistance and people-oriented;You have an eye for the personal development of both the individual employee and the department;You are decisive and convincing in your actions;You have a good spoken and written command of the Romanian and English language.
