Any sustainable achievement is built step by step.What you are going to do in this roleTimely and correct reporting (including review) of Financial and Regulatory Reports to Group in accordance with instructions, policies and procedures issued by Group Finance;Timely and correct management reporting (including review) – reports by business line and by product, etc), Client Profitability Reports, Daily Balance Sheet and other internal reports, in accordance with applicable instructions and procedures (including FTP policy approved by ALCO);Review the management reports & dashboards according to the control framework in place;Timely and correct reporting (including review) of Local Authorities Reports (NBR, MoF, NSI, FSA);Active participation in the activities related to change programmes;Ensure timely data quality monitoring;Coordination of the Annual External Audit and Mid Year Review process at the level of the Bank;Design and apply the relevant control framework in order to assure compliance with minimum standards issued by Group and SOX 404; Motivate the team to deliver high quality analysis that help to take better business decisions;What profile we are looking for+8 years’ experience in the financial reporting area in banking industry (management reporting is a plus);In-depth knowledge of IFRS, Statutory and Regulatory Reporting (incl. NBR and FSA set of reporting requirements);Knowledge of Management Accounting principles applicable in banks, Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP) principles, SOX 404 specific to FSCP (Financial Statement Closing Process);Proficient in Microsoft Office toolsAble to work with a wide variaty of sources data and systems in a complex IT architectureExcellent written and verbal communications skills in English;Leadership & communication skillsPerformance driven, improve performance of own team, provides long term coaching and training
