Location: This will be an Office-based role in Bucharest (2-3 days a week)
Tasks
- Data Strategy Execution: Apply data strategy principles to solve moderately complex business problems across teams.
- Governance & Quality: Identify and integrate data sources, ensure quality through governance processes, and maintain master data and metadata.
- Database Optimization: Monitor and improve database performance for accessibility, scalability, and enrichment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions and strategic recommendations.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and industry best practices.
- Insights & Innovation: Use analytics, automation, and big data methods to generate insights and enhance data value.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a similar role.
- Experience with marketing data or certified in Marketo (or willing to certify).
- Strong background in marketing data, campaign analysis, and performance evaluation.
- Skilled in SQL, data analysis, documentation, and quality control.
- Understanding of data governance, compliance, and stewardship.
- Familiar with analytics, automation tools, and big data practices.
- Business-savvy with a strong grasp of industry trends and strategic alignment.
- Effective communicator and influencer with leadership capabilities.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and collaborative.
- Customer-focused with a passion for using data to drive decisions.
