Marketing Manager in Bucuresti

Marketing Manager Adecco Professional & Executive Search Division is looking for a Marketing Manager for one of its clients, one of the most important players on the financial market. The position is based in Bucharest. Responsibilities: Marketing strategy Ensure provision of the marketing deliverables in Romania, in close coordination with Regional Marketing and Strategy Department;Supervise product and service offering in Romania, implementing the innovations of the Central and Eastern Europe region, tracking performance and ensuring the relevance and completeness of the range of offers in the various segments;Manage the definition & implementation of local regional lead management plans & projects;Monitor implementation of agreed budget. Process management and improvement Manage the activities, developing and implementing strategies, analysis procedures and workflows;Develop controls, methodologies and procedures for monitoring and improving results aimed at optimizing operations for the area; Monitoring Follow the market(s) evolutions and conduct sensible analyses to support decision making in the field of the offering/distribution strategy; Liaison Collaborate with all sales networks; provide support for constantly improving performance in new business, client retention and efficiency;Coordinate actions of his/her teams with those of other countries / regions, under the guidance of Group marketing department; Project management Design, manage and deliver organizational projects, as required; Requirements: At least 5 years of Marketing professional within financial services industry, insurance field might be a plus;Marketing research, product branding strategy;Operational marketing skills;Strong written & verbal communication;Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel; Offer: Learning and development opportunities through internal/external courses and trainings;Vendors discount programs (7card, Bookster);Other benefits (lunch tickets, gift tickets for Christmas and Easter, vacation tickets);Work from home policy adapted to the current pandemic situation;Flexibility of the working program in the desired interval in the morning.
