In this position you will steer the marketing strategy of the company and implement key projects and tools to support our goals towards a sustainable agriculture. You will be a part of an ambitious team and will work closely with the local sales and product management teams, with the Marketing lead SEE as well as with our marketing colleagues across the globe. This exciting position will be permanent and full-time and is to be filled at the earliest date possible. Main responsibilities: Responsibility for all marketing activities on the entire KWS portfolio in Romania Implementation of the KWS Corporate Design and company visual identity Development, maintenance and evaluation of the overall marketing strategy, policy and profile of KWS Seminte. Responsibility for marketing budget planning and controlling Organization and implementation of all communication and PR activities towards the customer, farmer and partners Organizing the advertising activity in close cooperation with media and press Content creation and management for diverse digital and non-digital marketing and sales channels, such as website, social media, emailing, leaflets, brochures, field days, events … Organization of local or national field days and customer events Coordination of the marketing team and the specific activities and support to Country Manager and Sales colleagues Monitoring and analyzing market environment and trends, evaluating customer needs, market conditions, competitors’ products and activities; defining target markets Conducting or initiating future-oriented market research in order to identify the requirements for current and future products Managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical actions Creation, implementation and analysis of product launch activity Responsibility for strategically correct positioning of suitable products on the respective markets, participation in pricing decision making Development of marketing campaigns as well as product awareness campaigns with focus on digital content Initiating projects for the implementation of cutting-edge digital agricultural tools (crop monitoring via satellite, drones, etc.) Customer Relationship Management (CRM), management of the PR and Communication activities as well as developing a creative and innovative strategy for acquiring new customers On-going communication with and assistance to all other departments (National Sales Manager and Sales Team, Product Management, R&D, Production and Logistic and Supply) Close cooperation with marketing departments within SEE and central marketing department of KWS Group Candidate profile: Education: University degree in Marketing or any equivalent Experience of minimum 3 years in a similar position in the agribusiness is a must Very good understanding of our customers and partners (farmers and seed distributors) High level of commercial expertise, strong knowledge of the agricultural industry, market and products Up-to-date business knowledge, especially in the field of marketing trends, media, PR, sales and digital innovations in agriculture Good knowledge about the process of innovation, marketing and management. Business fluency in Romanian and English (oral and written) is required Ability and willingness to travel regularly (up to 50%) Car driving licence (cat.
