Job Description Take responsibility:  You have Measuring Tools (MT) business marketing and sales responsibility for the region (RO, MD, BG, UA, SL), both top and bottom line for MT, in alignment with country PT (Power Tools) sales management and regional marketing Implement business strategy: You assess market potential and align sales targets with the CSOs sales managers and MT central business unit according to a yearly developed Business Plan Business development:  You bring your contribution to market development implementing effective user centered activities, derived out of the overarching brand & communication strategy, based on local user journey analysis and local market needs, allocating efficient the available resources; You pro-actively seek and approach new opportunities for sales growth, developing trust relationships with key partners focusing RO, setting-up or expanding sales collaboration by identifying user needs and implement appropriate products/services Think ahead and support:  You bring an active contribution to develop new projects beyond responsibility area with participation in cross-functional teams Operational business: You develop, implement and coordinate the retail marketing strategy (marketing calendar and promotional activities) with the aim to increase brand visibility with clear focus on online communication, POS brand appearance, harmonized pricing, distribution development, communication budget planning, input on product planning to logistics and product price management Qualifications Personality:  Interdisciplinary and international mind-set Always has the user in the center of his/her thinking and acting Manages uncertainty, risk and complexity with courage and responsibility Decision-making and result-orientation Strong analytical skills Communication & Cooperation: Works efficient in a team with many international contacts Leadership (lead myself, lead others): Ability to prioritize projects and ensure the support of collaborating teams Represent MT interest with contracted entities Interacts with the teams with positive leadership skills Working Practice:   Minimum 5-10 years of experience with sales and marketing with proven results Experience and Knowledge: Operational experience in marketing and demonstration of strategic outlook Good online marketing and e-commerce knowledge Qualifications:   Very good understanding of buying decisions in retail channels Good know-how of digital requirements for future B2B, B2C transactions Enthusiasm:   proactive work ethic and inspiration through creativity and pragmatism Languages: You are fluent in English and Romanian                 Additional Information #LikeABosch Benefits:   Your work-life balance is valuable to us, so we offer you: 25 Days of annual leave , because work-life balance is essential to us;    Flexible working hours , but if you want to work from somewhere else, feel free, our  Home Office  program helps you do that;  Your  health  and  well-being  is important to us, so we have you covered: Medical subscription Accident insurance Sport activities and well-being initiatives We believe in a  Life-Long Learning  approach, so you can take advantage of: Technical and soft skills trainings; Access to e-learning platforms Local and Global career development programs Opportunity to attend conferences Bookster subscription On top of these, we are offering: A monthly budget which can be used for several different services on an online benefit platform Annual bonus Ready to work  #LikeABosch ?
