Marketing Officer(Responsabil de Marketing) in Constanţa

We are looking for an amazing marketing officer to join our team.

Candidates must have knowledge of social and professional networks, passion for writing, experience in online marketing or blogging.

The marketing officer will be in charge of all current and future marketing strategies.

Responsibilities of the role:

Designs online marketing strategies to drive relevant traffic and leads from our own online campaigns;

Creates newsletters for our company and our business partners.

Works with our other teams to Create our Social Media strategy by overseeing social media campaigns which include but are not limited to: research, campaign creation, execution, monitoring and reporting;

Builds and manages the company’s social media profiles and online presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Youtube, etc) by creating interesting content;

Writes various types of articles for our blogs or forums;

Manages the creation and hosting of product videos;

Manages the creation of social and business groups;

Works with our teams on search engine optimization and prepares content for lead generation;

Collaborates with designers, copywriters and campaigns creators.

Desired Skills

Either studies or has working experience in the fields of Marketing or Advertising;

Fluent English, with good written and verbal communication skills;

You must have at least 1 years of experience in online media;

Excellent communicator and creative thinker;

Have the ability to multitask;

Self-driven person, able to work with business requirements;

Basic understanding of inbound and outbound marketing;

Excellent understanding of CRM (customer relationship management).

The salary is negotiated based on your abilities when interviewing.

Work hours are flexible, we work for 8 hours that include a 30-60 minutes lunch break, and recommended pauses of 10 minutes every 2 hours for all employees that use a PC intensively.
