Media & Total Connections Planning Manager in Bucuresti

OverviewIn this position you will be responsible for managing over 11MM$ budget, while developing multi year integrated campaign strategy, holistic media and total connection planning capabilities and apart from that leading the execution of all media campaigns. ResponsibilitiesDevelop multi-year integrated TCP campaign & strategies taking full responsibility in RO reporting to CE DirectorLead relevant media partner relationships (i.e. direct negotiations with TV stations, Publisher, Out-of-Home Networks etc], linking up closely with other PepsiCo Business Units and media agencies to unlock added valuesBuild and lead TCP Media team in strong cooperation with CE structureDeliver RO productivity targets within company methodology enhanced with local initiatives by being fully responsible of the RO media budget across all touchpoints. Guide PepsiCo brand teams to deliver the right message through the right channel at the right timeImplement Personalization and Scale program with all needed Test & Learn projectsShare best practice and new findings across the categories. Lead Test & Learn program – RO as case for ESSAEncourage BU categories to think holistically when developing marketing communications by continually communicating a consistent vision and strategy, showcasing opportunities, plans and results. Implement sufficiency, effectiveness programs and champion within the whole RO organization.Partner with Brand Managers providing guidance, guardrails, and strategies to build media plans and market defining clear critical metricsPartner with local Digital Marketing and Consumer Insights team to create a common measurement approach including scorecards, tools for return on investment & equity measurement and further relevant important metrics and benchmarksConnect with PepsiCo ESSA Centre of Excellence teams to lift and shift global media alliances, cross-market agencies, store media and innovative technologies and other media implementations from our partners.
